Payment
• Payment in full within 14 days after booking.
• Short-term bookings (less than 14 days prior to arrival) are to be paid in full immediately.
• A link for online payment will be sent with your confirmation from Riis Feriepark
Cancellation / change
• Until 14 days after booking the booking can be cancelled without fee.
• Earlier than 30 days prior to arrival date: Fee DKK 500.
• Less than 30 days prior to arrival date: 100% of the rental amount.
Cancellation insurance can be booked.
• Free cancellation until 12 o’clock p.m. the day before arrival in case of documented illness, accident, or death in the nearest family
• Cancellation must be booked immediately or no later than at the time of payment
Arrival and departure
• Arrival from 3 o’clock in the afternoon
• Departure no later than 11 o’clock in the morning (however, for pitch only, 1 o’clock in the afternoon).
Consumption
• Consumption costs are included in the price.
Linen
• Linen: DKK 65 per person
• Children’s cot DKK 20 per night
• Highchair for child DKK 20 per night
Final cleaning
• Final cleaning is included in the price if nothing else is stated. However, you must leave the house tidy, dishes done, food and garbage must be removed from the apartment.
Pets
• Allowed against a fee of DKK 300 per pet. Please add the pet in the booking form.
Wishes/remarks
• Any information written in the booking form under” Remarks” is not a part of the rental agreement. Our partner will do their best to accommodate special requests, however, no guarantees are made. Indeed, it is considered a wish, not a demand.
Tickets
• Tickets for LEGOLAND included in the package are non-refundable.
• Stays booked via LEGOLAND Holidays cannot be combined with discounted LEGOLAND tickets, season passes, coupons or the like, as bookings made via LEGOLAND Holidays always include tickets for all persons in the booking from the age of 2.

Activities
• Activity list is handed out on arrival
Water park
• The water park can be used free of charge by our guests. PLEASE NOTE: Bathing is at your own risk, and children must always be under adult supervision. Showering is mandatory before using the pool
Bath tokens
• DKK 5 each, gives app. 5 min. of hot water. Vending machine is available at the reception. DKK and Euros are accepted.
Guests
• All visitors must contact the reception on arrival. The person who booked is responsible for this. Day guests and overnight guests are settled separately on arrival according to the current price list. Visitors cannot enter by car, parking outside the camp site.
Dogs
• Dogs must be on a leash and must stay with the owner during the holiday and not annoy other guests. The owner is responsible for picking up after the dog – dog bags are placed two places on site, one at the service building and one at the reception. Dog bags are also available at the reception. Dog baths are in the service building. In other rooms in the service building and in the main building, dogs are not allowed.
Nighttime / Quiet time
• No later than 11 o’clock in the evening, the camp site must be quiet.
Smoking
• Smoking is not allowed in cabins and service buildings
Traffic and parking
• It is only possible to have one car on site per pitch/cabin. The access restriction is controlled by the toll system, to which one access key is handed out per unit. Your car must be placed within your own area on the site. Extra cars and guest cars are referred to the guest parking outside the camp site.
TV room / common room
• TV lounge is in the main building. TV Channels: DR1, TV2, SV1, Eurosport, TV3+, CNN and Das Erste.
Charging of electric cars.
• Charging of electric cars is not permitted at the car park or cabins.
