Payment
• The full amount must be paid within 3 days of booking.
Cancellation / change
• Until 30 days prior to the arrival date, the paid amount minus a fee of DKK 500 (app. 70€) is refunded.
• Less than 30 days prior to the arrival date: 100%, no refund will be made.
Cancellation insurance cannot be purchased
Arrival and departure
• Arrival between 3 o’clock in the afternoon and 6 o’clock in the evening
• Departure between 8 and 11 o’clock in the morning
Consumption
• Consumption costs are included in the rental price.
Linen
• Linen and a towel – must be pre-booked DKK 120 per person
Final cleaning
• Final cleaning can be booked on site (price DKK 300-350 acc. to accommodation). However, you must leave the accommodation tidy, dishes done, food and garbage must be removed from the accommodation.
Pets
• Pets are allowed against a fee of DKK 150 per pet + you must book and pay the cleaning fee. Please add your pet in the booking form. Bringing pets must still be confirmed before it is accepted.
Wishes/remarks
• Any information written in the booking form under ”Remarks” is not a part of the rental agreement. Our partner will do their best to accommodate special requests, however, no guarantees are made. Indeed, it is considered a wish, not a demand.
Tickets
• Tickets for LEGOLAND included in the package are non-refundable.
• Stays booked via LEGOLAND Holidays cannot be combined with discounted LEGOLAND tickets, season passes, coupons or the like, as bookings made via LEGOLAND Holidays always include tickets for all persons in the booking from the age of 2.
