Payment
• Bookings 14 days or earlier are to be paid via bank transfer.
• Short-term bookings (less than 14 days prior to arrival) can be paid via bank transfer or on arrival.
• Details regarding payment and bank account to be found in your rental contract.
Deposit
• No deposit is charged.
Cancellation / change
• The booking can be changed up until 3 days prior to arrival date. Price differences will be charged (or in case of lesser price, refunded in a voucher). For changes, please contact Ribe Byferie directly.
• From 14 days until 7 days prior to arrival date: 50% of the total rental amount
• From 7 days until the arrival date: 100% of the total rental amount
Cancellation insurance can be purchased (Flex & Cancel) – DKK 250
• Change or cancellation of the stay up until the day before arrival.
• Cancellation on arrival date: Price of 1 night (+ fee for Flex & Cancel)
Arrival and departure
• Arrival from 3 o’clock in the afternoon
• Departure no later than 10 o’clock in the morning
• Outside peak season early check-in or late check-out can be added at a fee. Please get in touch with the reception at Ribe Byferie to add this.
Consumption
• Consumption costs are included in the rental amount.
Highchair for children, cot for small children, and linen
• Linen and 2 towels DKK 100
• Cot for small child DKK 100 per day
• Highchair is included and already in the accommodation.
Final cleaning
• Final cleaning is included in the rental amount. However, you must leave the house tidy, dishes done, dishwasher (if one is available) must be emptied, food and garbage must be removed from the house.
Pets
• Pets are allowed at a fee of DKK 250 each. Must be prebooked.
• Should you at a later point wish to add a pet to the booking, we are entitled to decline, should the assigned house not allow pets.
Wishes/remarks
• Any information written in the booking form under” Remarks” is not a part of the rental agreement. Our partner will do their best to accommodate special requests, however, no guarantees are made. Indeed, it is considered a wish, not a demand.
Tickets
• Tickets for LEGOLAND included in the package are non-refundable.
• Stays booked via LEGOLAND Holidays cannot be combined with discounted LEGOLAND tickets, season passes, coupons or the like, as bookings made via LEGOLAND Holidays always include tickets for all persons in the booking from the age of 2.

• Discounted entrance fees for Ribe VikingeCenter, Vadehavscentret, Ribe Kunstmuseum, Museet Ribes Vikinger and more.
• Discount for Ribe Svømmebad (Swimming pool) with 42 metre water slide, children’s basins, springboards, and a solarium.
• Discount for Tropical Bath and Wellness (30 Kilometres away), Svømmestadion Danmark, Esbjerg.
Force Majeure
If the holidays is prevented due to Force Majeure (natural disasters, strike, riots or the likes), Ribe Byferie cannot be held responsible, and there will be no refund.
Location
It is not possible to book a specific house number. You book a certain category. In case of group bookings, we cannot guarantee that the group is placed together. However, we do our best to accommodate customer wishes.
Responsibility of the renter
The renter (and his/her traveling company) must comply with the rules of the holidays centre. The renter is responsible for the contents of the holiday home. Defects and damages caused by the renter (or his/her travelling company) must be paid at the time of the departure. The renter is responsible for informing of and paying for damages.
