Check-in
Check-in can usually take place at the hostel between 16-18. Reserved rooms / beds are kept only until 17,00 unless otherwise agreed by the hostel. On departure day the rooms must be left at 10,00.
Cancellation
It is possible to cancel the stay up to 3 days before arrival. The paid money except a fee of DKK 100,- will be paid back.
Bed linen
In every room there are quilts/duvets and pillows, and it is at all DANHOSTEL hostel compulsory to use sheet and quilt- and pillow covers. You are welcome to bring your own linen, but you can also rent this and a towel at the hostel for a small amount. It is not allowed to use sleeping bags at the hostel.
Guest Kitchen
You have the opportunity to cook at hostels. Usually the kitchen has stove, refrigerator and coffee maker, and you are free to use pots, pots, pans and do not need to bring dishes, cutlery or tea towels. In some hostels you pay a deposit, however, to borrow service, or you can buy one-off service. Guest kitchen is reserved for single travelers and families and therefore can not be used by groups.
Cleaning
Please leave the room nice and neat as found upon arrival.
Smoking Rules
Hostels in Denmark are smoke-free but outside areas can be used for smokers – please see the reception for guidelines.
We ask that these few rules are respected when at a youth hostel:
. Use of bed linen is mandatory - this can be brought or rented at the hostel
. For the sake of other guests, there must be calm at the hostel between 23.00 - 07.00
. Alcohol and other drugs may not be brought
. Cooking and eating in the rooms is not allowed
. The hosts and staff responsible for the daily operation and their instructions must be followed.
