CHILD-FRIENDLY CAMPING FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY IN JUTLAND
Jelling Familie Camping offers beautiful, idylic and historic surroundings located in Jelling with a short distance to some of the best sights in Denmark! The campsite itself abounds with a lot of facilities and there is therefore plenty of opportunity to find something to indulge in. You can stay in everything from our extremely comfortable luxury cabins to hiking cabins and of course you are also welcome to bring your own caravan or tent and enjoy our nice, large campsite.
With us, there is plenty of space, as we can house up to 300 campers, have 42 cabins and an area of almost 60,000 square meters to romp around on. Therefore, you will undoubtedly be able to have a memorable and stress-relieving break from everyday life in quiet surroundings, where the children can burn off the power on the playground, in the playroom, on the climbing wall or on our large bouncy pads. With a location in a peaceful area surrounded by forest, fields, pleasant paths and beautiful views, you can also simply enjoy our many facilities and the local nature in the area.
Free access to the pool
Jelling Friluftsbad is open to everyone, but as campers at Jelling Familie Camping you have free access. Camping with a pool is a great way to relax together as a family and unleash your inner “water dog”.
With the heated pool, the temperature is always comfortable and there is room for the whole family to enjoy themselves together.
If you want to take advantage of the countless opportunities Denmark has to offer, then Jelling Familie Camping is the perfect choice. Our campsite is centrally located in Jutland, only 10 minutes from Givskud Zoo, 20 minutes away from Legoland and 25 minutes from the source of Gudenåen and not least close to the Jelling Monuments, which have been on the UNESCO World Heritage List since 1994.
In addition, you can also lace up your hiking boots and explore the Grejsdalstien on the 16 km long hiking route between Jelling, Grejs and Vejle, where you will experience the raw nature, steep slopes, erosion canyons and varied forest areas. On the way, you will go through Brandbjerg Sønderskov, which has been left to itself since 1997, and therefore you have the opportunity to see plants you have probably never seen before and several quirky types of mushrooms. Finally, you will pass Kongernes Jelling, which is also definitely a sight worth recommending.
We look forward to welcoming you at Jelling Familie Camping!
